Travel Fee: $1.00 per mile (round trip) from the artist’s location in Carpentersville to the event location. Parking must be validated, prepaid, or reimbursed in full. For venues with limited access, valet parking is preferred due to professional equipment and setup requirements. Early morning start times and extended travel may be subject to additional fees.
